20's Tea Frock
I made this adaptation of the Past Times 20's Tea Frock with longer sleeves. The fabric was a great soft, lightweight mum border fabric. I gave it to my friend Cecily because it looks better on her than it does on me. That 20's drop waist works better on a figure with narrow hips; it doesn't do an hourglass shape justice.
